Rental

The exclusive Chalet Shangri-La is available for rental. The offer includes accomodation for up to 19 guests and a cleaning woman. For detailed information on the rental fees, please contact us. As an indication, fees for this season are 13000 CHF per week during the high season (between mid-December and mid-March) and 11000 CHF per week during the low season.

General Rental Conditions

Included in the price is:
The cost of the cleaning woman (from 8:30am to 12:30 everyday except Sunday), electricity expenses and the final cleaning of the chalet. Heating expenses are at the guests' expense

Payment:
50% of the full rental price upon booking.
Balance to be received six weeks before the beginning of the rental period chosen.

Security Deposit:
To cover any telecommunication expenses, heating expenses and/or small damages, a deposit of 6000 CHF is required by bank transfer in favour of Mr. Georges TESTARD or the designated real estate agency. Deposit to be made upon booking. Once the various expenses have been accounted for, the remaining amount of the deposit will be returned, latest one month after the last day of the rental period.

Arrival and Departure Time:
Every Saturday, arrivals are welcome anytime after 4pm. Guests ending their stay must vacate the chalet by 10am. In cases where the outgoing party numbers over 10 guests, a specific arrival schedule will have to be agreed upon in advance in order to ensure proper cleaning of the chalet before arrival.
